Meet Bret
After facing the challenges brought on by the pandemic, Bret, a fitness
professional with over 25 years of experience and NASM-PES certification, is excited to announce that his fitness studio, Compelling Fitness, has officially reopened in Cordage Park, Plymouth, MA.
With the studio back in action since December 1st, Bret is eager to continue helping clients achieve their fitness goals with a personalized, one-on-one approach.
“I’ve always had a deep passion helping others physically and emotionally, and even though I had to step away for a while due to the pandemic, that drive never went away,” Bret shared. “Now that Compelling Fitness is back, we’re ready to help people build strength, mobility, and confidence in a space that’s all about them.”
An Individualized Approach to Fitness
What sets Compelling Fitness apart is Bret’s commitment to offering a
customized, one-on-one training experience. Every person has unique needs and goals, and Bret ensures that each program is tailored to fit individual abilities, challenges, and aspirations.
“I believe fitness should never be a one-size-fits-all approach,” he said. “I focus on meeting people where they’re at—whether they’re beginners, recovering from injury, or already seasoned in their fitness journey. The goal is to create a sustainable program that allows each person to progress at their own pace.”
A Passion for Joint Mobility
Bret is particularly passionate about joint mobility, recognizing its importance not only for injury prevention but also for enhancing functional strength and overall well-being. He integrates mobility work into all of his training sessions to help clients move better, feel better, and reduce the risk of injuries.
